Welcome

Welcome to my site and I hope you enjoy a snapshot of my images, most of which relate to travel of some kind.

I am currently a member of Potters Bar and District PS and have gained two distinctions in photography, both gained in Audio-Visual.
LRPS – Licentiate of the Royal Photographic Society.
CPAGB – Credit of the Photo Alliance of Great Britain.

I am listed as a lecturer of the Photo Alliance Great Britain and often give A-V shows or slide illustrated talks to affiliated photographic societies, mainly related to travel. I also give talks to other societies as required.

Talks include:-

“My World” - a selection of audio visual, twin dissolve, sequences. Subjects are based on my interests but sufficiently varied to suit all tastes.

“Along the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu” – talk, illustrated by digitally projected images on my experiences trekking the Inca trail, high in the Andes, to the Lost City of the Incas, “Machu Picchu”.

“Tanzanian Safari and Kilimanjaro” - slide illustrated talk on my experiences on safari and climbing Africa’s highest mountain.

“Pennine Way” - combined slide illustrated talk and audio-visual show describing my experiences on the 270 mile long distance walk along the back bone of England.

“West Highland Way” - combined slide illustrated talk and audio-visual show describing my experiences on the 90 mile long distance walk in the Scottish Highlands.

“Travels with a Camera, Western Europe” – a snapshot of my travel experiences dating back to when I first owned a camera.

“Travels with a Camera, Rest of the World” - a snapshot of my travel experiences from further afield.

“Britain’s Highest Peaks” – a snapshot of the highest peaks in each of the four countries in the British Isles.
