Tai O
Although one of the least populated Lantau Island is the largest. Tai O is a fishing village where most of the houses were built on stilts above the river. The shops sold all sorts of dried fish and other concoctions. Restaurants didn’t really have menus you made your choice from what was swimming in the tanks outside.
